Director, Consultant, & Facilitator
Erinn Doncaster, MA, RSW, CCC, SEP
Erinn has been facilitating workshops, leading groups, and educating adults for over 15 years. With a professional background including trauma therapy and mental health, reproductive wellness, adult education, perinatal mental health research, small business, arts administration, and non-profit management, Erinn brings a rich depth and breadth of experience to their consulting work. A Registered Social Worker in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, Erinn is passionate about trauma-informed practice and providing organizations with the knowledge, resources, and supports they need to better serve their communities.
Associate Consultant & Facilitator
Felix Gilliland
Felix is a facilitator and activist with a decade of experience in systems change. Drawing on their background in mental health and addictions, Felix offers education, program planning, and evaluation that is accessible and responsive to each team’s needs. They are passionate about helping leaders find their strengths in creating more equitable systems, and providing brave and integral spaces for learning.
Special areas of their focus include trans-affirming practice in gendered spaces, survivor-centered praxis for alternative justice models, and queer and trans education in corporate and social spaces.
